i've been going to see the PT
I've been going to quite a few healthcare professionals in the last few weeks trying to get a handle on this knee injury including a chiro, osteo and acupuncturist but the best care and response i've had so far is from Curtis Cramblett at Revolutions In Fitness. i first hooked up with Curtis at the KGSN training camp way back in feb. and was immediately impressed by his knowledge and style, as well as a great healing touch. i've gone in to see him for fittings since then and now i'm in twice a week to rehab this bum knee of mine. Curtis is proving to be a wonderful help and i hope will be getting me back in the game soon.
RIF offers many services and can help with any cycling or other active-sport related needs, from rehab to testing to coaching. they have professional level experience and i can highly recommend Curtis for whatever you need. Contact him to get started.

word. curtis has been helping me w/ fitting, coaching, etc. for the last three years.
ditto: Curtis is a good guy... done the Aids Ride w/ him in the past.. and raced a few MTB races here an there... not only knows his stuff.. but loves to ride!
After wasting time and money at the quackropractor, I found Curtis and he helped me with my bum back after just a couple o' visits.
Hey. I resemble that comment, and I take what I do very seriously. I hope to help a lot of people with bum backs in my lifetime.
I am, however, glad Curtis helped you, he'd doing great work for Ben.
careful, gin, you'll get my quackropractor all in a tizzy.
for future reference, 25% of all Jacques-Maynes' are chiros.
Did I type that? I think someone hacked into my computer. Sum beotches, I'll hunt them down.
Actually, she was pretty good, but I don't think she really identified my issue. She was also a licensed PT, so I figured that was a good combo. But she just did ultrasound, a little massage, and the million dollar roll as Curtis calls it.
The thing that was good with Curtis is that he is a cyclist too so I think he better understood what was going on.
Okay, I'll go back into my cave now...
