Healing

Things look very good. My fibula was twisted and misaligned, which makes
for painful movement and a stressed LCL. My Chiro put things right and
though pain has increased things are feeling much more solid and positive.
I think if I can get the swelling and pain down I should be able to race
Thursday. I'm on a full rehabilitation swing right now to get things
feeling better, electrical stim and heat/ice combo, and the right headspace
knowing that things are being taken care of and aren't as bad as I thought.
I just hope taking 4 days off the bike won't make these races unbearable,
just make me well rested and tapered into it. That's what I'm telling
myself anyway.

1st race a bit of suffering, as you bite too much.

2nd, feeling good, but just miss out.

3rd, ungodly.

you know the score.

now, train the mind and get yourself ready.

relax, define, achieve.

oh, and kiss the crack.

how do you twist a fibula--i mean it is like a solid bone and all?

sounds painful regardless

hope it's long since better by now
