I've been showing steady improvement over the last 10 days or so, I got in
my first 5+ hour ride on Tuesday and I can put the power down again with
little pain. The time off has whittled down my form a bit, but the biggest
problem I'm running into is my legs just aren't used to the pressure and so
I have all these tight spots and little pains that you see after your first
week in November. I'm going to need to get things straight soon, I'm going
to Superweek in 10 days or so and it'll be fast and hard racing. I think if
everything goes perfectly, no flare-ups or anything, I just might make it.

In the mean time, I'm skipping Fitchburg, another NRC stage race I had a reasonable chance at doing well at, and instead I'll be hitting the local
crit championships and the annual Davis cookout aka the 4th of July Crit. I hope it's less then 110 degrees out there. And I just might get around to doing the Swanton TT, I've been wanting to for some time and have talked enough smack about it, I should just show up and get it over with...
