Hello all,

i'm hanging out in Salt Lake City this week, staying with the First Endurance guys and getting in some seriously good training. the Altitude treats me well here, cuz it's not too high that i get lightheaded or sick, and the roads are all good. there's a chance of rain later in the week, but i think that'll just mean a nordic ski session, which would probably be harder then the hardest bike ride i can go on.

Here's a photo from our ride today, Mike and I went somewhere beautiful and remote, and then we hit the gas. what great terrain!
