I have to give a big thanks to my good friend Breton Veach who has helped me arrange and rearrange this site. I met Bret in college 8 years ago; we were both looking for someone to bike with and party with. I've got bret on the biking thing, but he does have the slight edge on the party scene so i think we've come out alright.
Bret's now re-planted himself in his native Boston, and much happier for it. he never was a dirty hippie-type, and Santa Cruz was never quite chic enough. we definately don't get to see much of each other, but when we do it counts. Bret came out for the wedding last fall, had a great time in SC, looked sharp as a groomsman, and then-BOOM-jet set back east. I got out to Mass. for some CX racing in the fall, and stopped in to visit just as the Sox won the series. I've never seen such a wild scene, it was a great night to remember.
